Terms of Service — ArabicPro

By creating an account on ArabicPro, you agree to the following. The text is deliberately short.

What you may do

Use the app to learn, on your personal devices, as much as you like. The content (lessons, audio, artwork) is lent to you for that purpose: you may not copy it, resell it, or republish it.

Your account

One account per person. You are responsible for your password. Tell us if you think someone else has access. You must be 13 or older.

Subscription

The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
Cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings, at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Payment is taken by Apple or Google, never by us.
Refunds follow Apple's or Google's rules.
You can restore a purchase on a new device from the subscription screen.

What you may not do

Share, resell or lend your account.
Extract the app's content by automated means.
Attempt to reach another user's data.
Falsify the leaderboard.

We may suspend an account that does any of these.

What we do not promise

The app is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors, and we do not guarantee any particular learning outcome.

Ending

You may leave whenever you like by deleting your account from Profile → Settings → Account. We may close an account that breaks these terms, with notice unless that is impossible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable agreement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
