Privacy Policy — ArabicPro

ArabicPro ("the app", "we") teaches the Arabic alphabet. This page says exactly what data the app collects, why, and how to erase it.

What we collect

Your account: email address and display name, from sign-up or from Google / Apple if you sign in that way. Used to identify you and to restore your progress on another device.
Your progress: completed lessons, scores, streak, experience points, letters due for review, mistakes. Used to schedule reviews and show your statistics.
Your preferences: language, theme, audio speed, daily goal, notification settings.
Crash reports and usage statistics, through Google Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics: device model, OS version, app version, and the technical detail of a crash. Used to fix failures.
Subscription status, handled by RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous identifier and your purchase state. RevenueCat receives neither your name nor your email.

What we do not collect

No payment data. Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play, which never pass your card details to us.
No location.
No contacts, no photos, no microphone or camera access.
Nothing is sold, and nothing is used for advertising.

Where the data goes

It is stored with Google Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Storage), on servers in the European Union and the United States. Each user can read and write only their own data; this is enforced by server-side security rules, not only by the app.

How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile, progress, reviews and achievements are erased within 30 days. Anonymised crash reports may persist for up to 90 days at Google.

Your rights

At any time you can:

Delete your account from inside the app: Profile → Settings → Account → Delete my account. It is permanent and immediate.
Request a copy of your data, its correction, or its portability, by writing to support@arabicpro.app.
Turn off notifications and usage statistics in the app's settings and in your phone's settings.

We answer within 30 days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may contact your country's data protection authority.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly ask them for data. If you are a parent and believe your child created an account, write to us and we will erase it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes and the app tells you at the next launch.
