Delete my ArabicPro account

This page explains how to delete your ArabicPro account and your data.

From the app

Open ArabicPro, then the Profile tab.
Tap the gear to open Settings, then scroll down to Danger zone.
Tap Delete my account and confirm. The app may ask you to sign in again to prove the account is yours.

Deletion is permanent and immediate.

Without the app

Write to support@arabicpro.app from the email address of your account, asking for its deletion. We answer within 30 days.

A child's account

Under 16, the parent deletes the account: from the parent space, in the settings, with the parent code. Without the app, the parent writes to us from the parent email address they confirmed.

What is erased

Your sign-in account, your profile, your first name and your photo.
Your progress, reviews, achievements, book study sessions, bookmarks and reading positions.
Reading-aloud data linked to your account.
The data kept on the device where you delete the account.
For a child's account: the parent's email address, their consents and the list of reports sent.

What may remain

Technical database backups, for up to 30 days.
A minimal technical record: the identifier of the deleted account and the date.
Purchase history at Apple, Google and RevenueCat, under their accounting rules.
Error reports and usage statistics already received, until the end of each service's retention.
